An impeccable Victorian villa resting in the country town of Holmfirth, Ash Villa is a four story detached house, suitable for a large family or a group holiday. This superb West Yorkshire holiday home boasts many features including ornate cornice detailing on the high ceilings, chandeliers, beautiful fireplaces and a grand exterior. Ash Villa has been renovated into the 21st century with underfloor heating, state-of-the-art wet rooms and smart devices.

Provided with on-site parking and secured electric gates, the driveway will fit up to five cars. Make your way into this unique property, and you will head into the open-plan living space. In the kitchen and dining area, make use of this excellently equipped space, including a large kitchen island, a built in Miele coffee machine, a large induction hob, a dishwasher, two electric ovens and a built in electric steamer. Provided with the kitchen is everything needed to prepare a large group meal, and a long dining table awaits holding a seat for everyone after a busy day. Next to the kitchen area is a utility room, consisting of a large American fridge-freezer with a cold water dispenser, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

In front of the kitchen-dining area is the sitting room, boasting classic chesterfield leather sofas and two armchairs, a log burning stove and a large 55’ Smart TV, placed before the long bay window, displaying the lovely countryside view. On the same floor is a cloakroom to the left of the Villa entrance, and a king-size bedroom with a beautiful feature fireplace.

To the lower-ground-floor, plan a film night where a fabulous cinema room with a big projector screen has been set up. An Amazon firestick has been provided with the projector, inclusive of Netflix. If any other streaming sites are required, make use of the other applications with your login. On the same floor is a cloakroom, a king size bedroom and a fabulous wine-cellar.

Head upstairs to the first floor, including three bedrooms; a king-size bedroom complete with a walk-in wardrobe, a king-size and single bedroom with an en-suite wet room, and a double bedroom. Next to the double bedroom is a large family bathroom, featuring a rainfall shower wet room, and a huge sunken bath, perfect for relaxing after a busy afternoon walk.

The sixth bedroom is on the second floor and comprises a king-size bed and two single beds, and another en-suite bathroom, featuring a striking roll-top bath and a separate enclosed shower.

Go back downstairs to the dining room area, large french doors lead to the outside, where you can dine out on the decking or indulge in some evening drinks, whilst children play on the lawn, all with a breath-taking backdrop of open fields and country views.
