HW Residential Lettings is an independent, family run estate agency, specialising in lettings and holiday home management in Holmfirth and the surrounding areas.

Established in 2018 by Casey with Andrea joining in 2020, we are a mother-daughter duo and we are passionate about property. As an independent family run agency, we are enthusiastically driven by our desire to provide a professional and personalised service of the very highest quality in an approachable and friendly way.

Hi, I’m Casey, and I have lived in Holmfirth for over 20 years. Starting out by caretaking a couple of small holiday homes in Holmfirth, I discovered a passion for property management. By 2020, I was successfully managing five holiday homes across Holmfirth and surrounding areas.

At the end of 2020, I decided to broaden my industry knowledge, in not only holiday let management, but residential tenancies and management. I began studying a PropertyMark ARLA accredited course, which allows me to have extensive and up-to-date knowledge on how to manage residential lettings. From 2022, I am ARLA accredited, and now manage several rentals within Holmfirth and surrounding areas.

Hi, I’m Andrea, and I have lived in Holmfirth for nearly 30 years. Before my journey started in the world of residential management, I worked in accounts for over 35 years. I decided a change in career would give me a new challenge. In July 2020, I opened up my own holiday home in the centre of Holmfirth, and I now work alongside my daughter, helping manage all aspects of the holiday homes and residential tenancies.

As part of my day-to-day work, I cater for all guests and tenants needs. I enjoy meeting new people, and have fitted in perfectly well in the hospitality side of the job.

Casey, Andrea and Zach have been working for us and with us for many years. After running the cleaning service, they then took over the management of our 2 holiday cottages and now take care of all aspects of the job, from organizing the cleaning service, to maintenance and repairs and decorating. They fixed our outside wall, put in a ventilation system, and even installed a new bathroom! Between the two of them, there’s nothing they can’t do! They also arrange inspections, utilities, and have great connections to plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople. It’s been a pleasure to work with them for these years and to see them develop their business. I highly recommend them!
