We have been working with Casey and Andrea for nearly 5 years, and in that time we have grown to completely trust and rely on them. They manage everything for our furnished holiday let, and consistently go the extra mile. Customer satisfaction is very high, which is purely down to the effective management and communication that Casey and Andrea provide. Our property is an old property and Casey and the team are always keeping an eye out as to how best to protect wear and tear and deal with maintenance in the best way possible. We would thoroughly recommend Casey and Andrea for property management services.

5 Documents a Landlord Must Legally Provide 🏡📑
As a landlord, it's essential to ensure that your rental properties meet legal requirements. Here are 5 key documents that every landlord must provide to their tenants to stay compliant:
Tenancy Agreement: This is a legally binding contract that outlines the terms of the tenancy agreement, including rent amount, payment dates, and responsibilities of both parties.
Gas Safety Certificate: Landlords are required to provide a valid gas safety certificate, showing that all gas appliances have been inspected and are safe to use.
Deposit Protection Information: If you take a deposit, it must be protected by a government-approved scheme. Provide your tenants with the details of where their deposit is held and how it will be returned.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): An EPC provides information about the energy efficiency of the property, helping tenants understand heating costs and environmental impact.
How to Rent Guide: In the UK, landlords must provide the latest "How to Rent" guide, ensuring tenants know their rights and responsibilities at the start of the tenancy.
Providing these documents helps build trust, avoid legal issues, and create a smooth renting experience for both parties. 🏡✅
